Monolayer vitro ceramic coatings, related to functional conditions of turbo engines for "hot parts"protections
The INCAS team homologated for aeronautical industry two types of vitro enamel based on oxide composites SiO2, BeO, CeO, ZrO, MgO, MoO3, Cr2O3 , etc. After completing the stage of ground tests and the stand tests of the turbo engine equipped with “hot parts” with the elaborated coatings, followed 300 hours/ flight test (aircraft resource between two overhauls) on a fighter.
